Marinated Tofu

Marinated Tofu

ingredients:

     450g of tofu
     450g of fresh mushrooms
     2 tablespoons (tea) Linseed oil Pazze
     4 cups broccoli
     1 pinch of salt

Ingredients marinade:

     2 tablespoons (soup) of shoyu
     2 tablespoons water
     1 clove garlic

Method of preparation:

Mix the marinade ingredient. Cut the tofu into slices and dry with a cloth. Cut into squares and add to marinade. Refrigerate for 30 to 60 minutes. Heat the Linseed Oil Pazze a pan to medium heat, add the mushrooms sauté over medium heat for 3 minutes. Remove the tofu from the marinade and add to the pan with the broccoli and 2 tablespoons (soup) of marinated. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes Serve immediately.

Orange or Pineapple Cake

Orange or Pineapple Cake

Ingredients:

    4 cups (tea) whole wheat flour
    
1 cup (tea) Flaxseed meal Pazze
    
1 cup (tea) cornstarch
    
2 cups (tea) brown sugar
    
2 tablespoons (soup) baking powder
    
2 tablespoons (soup) lemon zest
    
1 teaspoon (tsp) sea salt
    
2 eggs
    
2/3 cup (tea) Pazze Peanut Oil
    
2 cups orange juice or pineapple
    
1 cup (tea) of dried ingredients of manioc flour
    
1 cup whole wheat flour
    
1 tablespoon (soup) lemon zest
    
1 tbsp (tablespoons) butter
    
cinnamon powder

Farofa of Preparation:

Mix all ingredients with your hands until it forms a farofinha.

How to prepare the dough:

Mix all dry ingredients. Separately, beat the Peanut Oil Pazze with the eggs and add to the mixture along with the orange juice. When mixing the liquid portion, beat very slowly. Place in a greased baking sheet. Then add the crumbs and bake for about 40 minutes.

ingredients:

     ½ papaya
     150 ml of natural pineapple juice
     2 tablespoons (soup) of Pazze Cereal Mix
     Natural sweetener to taste
     Ice cubes

Method of preparation:

Cut papaya into pieces.
Pour the pineapple juice in a blender also add the pieces of papaya and mix quickly to make it into small pieces.
If you prefer to add natural sweetener.

To serve: Pour into tall glasses and add ice cubes to taste.

yield:
Makes 2 large glasses.

Spinach Pie

ingredients:

     2 eggs
     2 cups (tea) cooked brown rice
     1 cup (tea) Flaxseed meal Pazze
     2 cups (tea) filtered water
     1/2 cup (tea) Pazze Sunflower Oil
     1 pinch of sea salt

Ingredients for Filling:

     1 spinach sauce washed and sliced thick
     3 chopped olives

Method of preparation:

Whisk all ingredients in blender.
In a dish pour half the mass strike.
Over the dough, arrange one layer of spinach and olives.
Cover with the remaining dough.
Cook over medium preheated oven for 40 minutes.

 

 

 

Tofu Sauce

Tofu Sauce

ingredients:

     150g fresh tofu
     Pazze 1/4 cup Sunflower Oil
     1/4 cup water
     2 tablespoons (soup) of umeboshi vinegar
     1 tablespoon (soup) of lemon juice or rice vinegar
     1 tablespoon (soup) of tahini
     1 tablespoon (soup) of Pazze Garlic Oil
     1 spring onion
     1/2 cup chopped parsley
     2 tablespoons (soup) rice malt

Method of preparation:

Beat the ingredients in the blender. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving, to determine the taste.
Serve with aferventados vegetables or raw salad.
It blends well with cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli and green beans.
